Justin Coslor 11/26/2021 -- Constants Applied To Each Other --
When two constants are applied to each other, one constant becomes a 
variable in regard to the other and the result depends on the 
operator mathematically and logically used. That is to say that 
constants can modify each other given a method, and that yields 
a result. As more than two constants are applied to each other 
each one modifies the result because the method is different.
