PICForm Aspects for Annotation

Aspects could be used for annotation of Patterns In Contexts. Aspects 
were intended as a way to adapt structures in other systems to 
structures in PICForm, and using them for annotation is a way to 
interface and contextualize configurations and networks of patterns.
