In chemistry why do the atoms have a specific number of electron shells? 
For instance, why do some have three electron shells and certain 
other atoms also have three electron shells and others have a different 
number of electron shells? With a polygon in a circle the polygon 
touches the circle at vertex points if regular and if a circle is in a 
regular polygon the circle touches the centers of the side units and the 
circle inside the polygon is smaller than the circle around the polygon 
and there can be a third circle or more at regular diameters if the 
polygon is even and at regular radiuses if the polygon is odd and the 
middle circle between the inner and outer circle intersects the regular 
polygon at two balance points of every side unit. That middle circle is 
what would result if the polygon sides were converted into balanced 
curvature arc segments.
